MD↓ Editor is a lightweight, browser-based Markdown editor.
This application runs entirely on the client side and does not require user accounts, registration, or server communication.

MD↓ Editor does not:

• Store user data on any server
• Track user behavior
• Use analytics tools
• Use cookies
• Require login or authentication

All content you write remains in your browser session.

3. Local Processing

All functionality — including:

• Markdown editing
• Importing .md or .txt files
• Exporting .md, .html, or .pdf
• Markdown-to-HTML conversion

— happens locally in your browser.

No content is transmitted to any external server.

4. Third-Party Resources

MD↓ Editor loads the following external resources via CDN:

• Google Fonts (Orbitron, Share Tech Mono, Source Serif 4)
• Marked.js (Markdown parsing library)

These resources are delivered by third-party providers and may be subject to their own privacy policies.

MD↓ Editor does not control how these external providers handle requests.

5. File Access

When importing a file:

• The file is processed locally in your browser.
• The file contents are not uploaded.
• No copy is stored outside your device.

6. Data Storage

MD↓ Editor does not store data in:

• Servers
• Databases
• Cookies
• LocalStorage (unless explicitly implemented in future versions)

If you close the browser tab without saving your content, your text may be lost.

7. Children’s Privacy

MD↓ Editor does not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children under 13, as no data collection occurs.
